Feedback for fitness centres
Find out what bothers members before they stop coming
A QR code at reception, in the changing room or near the exit gives members a simple way to speak up after a workout. Before submitting a rating, they see two equal options: contact you privately or continue to a public review.
HejSpoko helps gyms catch dissatisfaction before it becomes a reason for members to stop coming. A member scans a QR code at reception, in the changing room or near the exit and rates the visit. A low rating sends the owner or manager a notification within a minute, giving the business a chance to address the issue directly.
The right place
Where should a gym place the QR code?
Put it where members naturally slow down after training and can already judge the visit.
The QR code can be placed at reception, in the changing room or near the exit. Members see it after training, when they already know whether the visit met their expectations.
If you have several areas or locations, separate QR codes can help identify where the feedback came from.
Fitness is a repeat service. A member may repeatedly notice poor cleanliness, a broken machine or uncomfortable training conditions without saying anything. They may simply come less often and eventually stop.

How it works
What happens when a member scans the QR code?
No app installation and no need to search for contact details.
They rate the visit
Scanning the QR code opens a simple page where the member can rate their experience with one tap.
They choose where to write
Before submitting the rating, they see equal options to send private feedback to the gym or continue to a public review.
You are alerted to a problem
A low rating triggers a notification within a minute. You can find out what is bothering the member and address it before they decide to stop coming.
Google plus a second door
Why is a QR code straight to Google not enough?
Google reviews matter. HejSpoko does not replace them; it adds a direct route for members to tell you about a problem.

Before they stop coming
What can you address before the next visit?
With regular members, a bad review is not the only risk. Silence can be more costly.
A broken machine goes unreported
A member comes to train and the equipment they need is not working. If this keeps happening and they have no easy way to speak up, they may start looking for another gym.
The issue reaches you
A low rating triggers a notification. You can investigate what happened, flag the issue at the gym and let the member know that it is being addressed.
Cleanliness or comfort is a problem
The changing room is not clean enough, a shower has a problem or the temperature is uncomfortable. The member may not complain at reception, but the issue can affect every future visit.
You can respond earlier
The owner or manager sees the feedback, its category and source. If the member provided contact details, you can reply by email and continue the conversation.
No review gating
Can HejSpoko hide Google from an unhappy member?
No. Private feedback and the public review option are displayed equally before the member submits their rating.
Review gating based on the number of stars is therefore not merely disabled in HejSpoko. It is technically impossible because no submitted rating exists when the two options are displayed.
Google remains available to every member. HejSpoko simply adds another option: tell the gym directly what was wrong with the visit.
Questions and answers
Frequently asked
Why does feedback matter for regular gym members?
A member does not have to post a bad review or complain at reception after one poor visit. They may simply start coming less often. HejSpoko gives them an easy way to explain what is wrong and gives you a chance to address the issue before they decide to stop coming entirely.
Where should a gym place the QR code?
Useful locations include reception, the changing room or an area near the exit where members naturally pass after training and can already assess the visit. With separate QR codes, the feedback overview can also show which location or area the message came from, providing useful context.
What happens when a member gives a low rating?
The owner or manager receives a notification within a minute. The overview shows the rating, comment, feedback category and QR code source. If the member provided contact details, you can reply by email, explain the situation or tell them how the issue is being addressed.
Does HejSpoko filter unhappy members away from Google reviews?
No. That type of review gating is technically impossible in HejSpoko. Private feedback and public review options are shown before the rating is submitted and receive equal treatment. The system therefore cannot use the rating result to decide who sees Google and who does not.
