Feedback for service businesses
The customer may already be at home. You can still hear about the problem before it becomes their public opinion of you.
A QR code on an invoice or in an email footer gives the customer two equal options: contact you privately or leave a public review. If they send you a low rating, you are alerted within a minute and can respond directly.
HejSpoko helps service businesses capture dissatisfaction even when the customer is no longer on site. A QR code on an invoice or in an email footer lets them contact you privately or leave a public review. A low private rating alerts the owner or manager within a minute, allowing a direct response.
Problems can appear later
What if the customer notices a problem only after the service is complete?
With many services, the customer is no longer on site when they assess the result, receive the invoice or decide that something was not right.
Link only to Google
If the customer has a complaint, the only offered route leads to a public review. You learn about the problem only after they publish it.

The customer can also contact you directly. A low rating alerts you within a minute, giving you a chance to respond before the issue exists only as a public opinion.
A simple process
How does feedback work for service businesses?
No app or HejSpoko account is required.
The customer opens the QR code
The code is placed on the invoice or in the email footer. It opens a single screen where the customer can rate the experience.
They choose where to write
Before submitting the rating, they see two equal options: send private feedback to you or continue to a public review.
You can respond to the problem
A low rating alerts the owner or manager. If the customer provided contact details, you can reply by email and continue the conversation.
Put the code at the right point
Where should the QR code be placed for services?
The most reliable common point is a document or email the customer receives after the service.
Place the QR code on the invoice or in the email footer. The customer can access it even when they are no longer at your premises or when the service was delivered without an in-person meeting.
This also works for issues that appear later. The customer does not need to return to your website and search for contact details. They can use the document or email they already received from you.
Some issues can be addressed immediately. If the customer reports an invoice error, a missing document or uncertainty about what was delivered, you can respond after the alert and send a correction or explanation.

- Direct reply to the customer by email
Public reviews remain available
Why is a free link directly to Google not enough?
Google reviews have an important role. HejSpoko does not replace them; it adds another option for customers who want to tell you about a problem directly.

No review gating
Can the system send only satisfied customers to Google?
No. This type of filtering is technically impossible in HejSpoko.
The option to contact you privately and the option to leave a public review appear at the same time, before the customer submits a rating. Both have equal status and their visibility does not depend on the number of stars selected.
HejSpoko therefore does not divert dissatisfied customers away from Google. It gives every customer an additional route to tell you directly what went wrong, so you can learn about the issue and respond.
- Both options are visible before the rating is submitted
- The public review option is never hidden based on stars
- Private feedback and public reviews have equal status
Questions and answers
Frequently asked
Where should a QR code be placed for a service business?
The most practical places are the invoice and the email footer. The customer can access the code after the service and does not need to be physically at your premises. This also works when a problem becomes apparent later or when the entire service and communication take place remotely.
Does HejSpoko replace Google reviews?
No. A public review remains available as an equal option. HejSpoko adds a private route directly to you. If a customer would rather raise a problem privately, they can contact you directly and you can respond without requiring the issue to become a public conversation.
What happens after a low rating?
The owner or manager receives a phone alert within a minute. The overview shows the rating, comment, category and QR source. If the customer provided contact details, you can reply by email, continue the conversation and, depending on the situation, choose whether to include compensation.
Does HejSpoko work for services without physical premises?
Yes. HejSpoko does not require a table, reception desk or in-person visit. The QR code can be placed on an invoice or in an email footer, so customers can rate the service remotely. The key is to include the code in a document or message they already receive from you.
